Cancellation Policy

1. Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch/shipping.

2. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests shall not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. DERMIQX wellness reserves the right to cancel any order due to suspicious activity, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or fraudulent transactions.


Return & Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene, safety, and personal care standards, DERMIQX Wellness follows a strict No Refund Policy on skincare and haircare products.

DERMIQX wellness only provides product replacement/exchange in limited eligible cases mentioned below. Monetary refunds shall not be provided once an order is successfully placed and delivered.


Eligible Exchange Conditions

Exchange/replacement requests shall ONLY be accepted in the following situations:

• Wrong product delivered

• Product received in damaged condition

• Leakage or broken packaging during transit

• Expired product received

No other reason shall qualify for exchange or replacement.


Non-Exchangeable Conditions

Exchange, replacement, or refund requests shall NOT be accepted in the following situations:

• Product does not suit the customer’s skin or hair type

• Allergic reactions or personal skin sensitivity

• Change of mind after ordering

• Dissatisfaction with fragrance, texture, or personal preference

• Used, opened, tampered, or partially consumed products

• Minor packaging/design variations

• Delay caused by courier companies

• Results not matching customer expectations

As skincare and haircare results vary from person to person, DERMIQX Wellness does not guarantee identical outcomes for every user.


Mandatory Claim Requirements

To raise a valid damaged/wrong product claim, the customer must:

1. Record a complete unboxing video without cuts or edits.

2. Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

4. Keep the product unused and in original packaging.

Claims raised without proper unboxing proof may be rejected.


Exchange Process

1. All exchange requests are subject to verification by the DERMIQX support team.

2. Once approved, only product replacement/exchange shall be provided.

3. Refunds in bank account/wallet/source payment method shall not be entertained.

4. Exchange shipping charges may apply depending upon the case.

5. DERMIQX wellness  reserves the sole right to approve or reject any exchange request.


Limitation of Liability

DERMIQX wellness shall not be liable for:

• Individual allergic reactions

• Incorrect product usage

• Self-diagnosed skin/hair concerns

• Different results from expectations

• Any indirect or consequential losses

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All disputes arising from purchases, exchanges, or usage of this website shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.

Customers are advised to perform a patch test before using any skincare or haircare product.
