  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, logistics delays, festivals, strikes, or other external factors beyond company control.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, shall be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Free shipping offers may apply on selected orders, products, or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

  • Once the order is shipped, customers shall receive tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information while placing orders.

Delivery Attempts

  • If the customer remains unavailable or provides incorrect address/contact details, the order may be marked as undelivered or returned.

Damaged Package During Delivery

Customers are advised to record an unboxing video at the time of opening the package.

If the package appears tampered, damaged, or leaking:

  • Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos/videos must be shared with the support team for verification.

Claims without proper unboxing proof may be rejected.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

DERMIQX wellness shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused due to:

International Shipping
